Working with Sheila was wonderful! She was savvy, smart and excellent at her job. Her professionalism was amazing. Clearly, she knew the real estate market, she knew the neighborhoods in Queens, and she knew what kind of a buyer we would attract. She even promised a quick sale- less than 6 months from posting to close, and it happened! We were all done and paid out in about 4 months. I’d recommend her services to anyone. She made a stressful, scary situation smooth and simple. I was able to sell my home in Queens in December and buy a new home in California in February! I couldn’t have done it without Sheila, and if I had another property for sale in NY, I’d definitely work with her again!!

Shelia Walker helped tremendously in finding my place. I was able to give her what I was looking for and she delivered to the tee!
