Philip F. 09/28/16 We were referred to Sheila about 8 years ago when we were interested in purchasing a vacation home in the Outer Banks. That deal did not work out and we decided to take a step back and regroup. Life got busy and we put things on hold, which in hindsight I wish we did not do. However, we recently decided it was again time to look and we called Sheila to help us out. We just closed on the house of our dreams. I can't think of anyone we would rather work with than Sheila. We are considering purchasing another rental property in the future and Sheila Williamson will be our agent.

James Rich R. 05/18/16 Sheila did an excellent job in both the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home. Detailed information was provided by Sheila in regards to comps, certificate of elevations, survey's, etc. that were needed in order to make educated decisions. Sheila's local knowledge is excellent not only in regards to neighborhoods but also with contractor's, surveyors, etc. that were needed in order to prep our house for sale. Her knowledge as to staging our home for sale was very good as well in regards to clearing out various items for presentation purposes and to make small minor repairs in order to have a move in ready house for a buyer. I would definitely use Sheila again in the future for home buying or home selling.

Michael P. 02/06/17 Shiela was recommended by our friends who used her for two home transactions in the OBX. Having limited time to see homes, she listened to our requests and we toured eight homes in one day. Her knowledge of the area we wanted to eventually retire to helped us realize we were making the correct choice. Shiela's connection with local lenders, contractors, inspectors aided us tremendously during our due diligence period and she actually met many contractors since we were in another state working during the week. We had some unusual circumstances with the closing and title and she kept us informed throughout the process and answered the many questions that arose. We are new owners of a lovely home in KDH and can't wait for the warmer weather to arrive to start enjoying the beach life!
