She only had my best interests in mind. There were many houses with structural issues that she was able to identify immediately. 08/19/2015 - team bosch Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $175K in Wentzville, MO. I came across Sheila when a property she listed in a neighborhood I liked came on the market, well it sold in 2 days and I was disappointed, but she made note that she would work to find me a similar property, well she found a better home on a nicer lot in that subdivision only 2 weeks later and we recently closed on it! I am in sales so my expectations out of another sales person are high and I never questioned myself once while working with her.
