We had the pleasure of working with Sheila when looking for our home. We were relocating to the Chicago area from Phoenix, AZ. From our first meeting, Sheila demonstrated to be knowledgeable about the area and the real estate process. She was able to answer all our questions, and inform us of things we had no idea to ask since we were new to the area.

What stood out most was Sheila’s commitment to our needs. She listened to what we were looking for and tailored to our needs. Whether it was arranging viewings, giving us details of the homes recent upgrades or dwelling needs, negotiating the best deal, or answering our questions, Sheila was always available and provided outstanding service.

She made the home search process feel manageable and enjoyable. We appreciated her honesty, transparency, and the genuine care she showed throughout.

As a first-time buyer, we had a lot of questions. Sheila helped us understand the whole process thoroughly and guided us at each step. She is very friendly to work with and is super responsive and reachable. We went to a lot of showings with her, and she was there for us with the same enthusiasm each time and provided a lot of details that we wouldn't have known without her.
