About Shelby

A native Fort Worthian who grew up in old and new homes in historic neighborhoods, Shelby has been around real estate his entire life. He helped hold the measuring tape for his appraiser parents when he was in elementary school, delivered reports when he was in high school, and worked at the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University when he was a student there. He holds a BBA in Management from TAMU. Shelby was also a Professional Real Estate Inspector for five years and a teacher and coach in the FWISD. He now resides in Eastern Parker County with his wife, four boys, dog, chickens, ducks, goats, a rabbit, and cats.

Shelby is actively involved with the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors where he was President of the Board in 2020. He is still actively involved in the Association, serving on a variety of committees, and is on the Texas Realtors Board of Directors and the Texas Realtors Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. He will be President of the Fort Worth-Arlington Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation where he currently serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He has been active in serving his town as well, where he was the secretary and vice chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Annetta and on the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
