Shelley Armstrong

Shelley is a Year after Year Recipient of prestigious International President's Elite and President's Circle Awards as well as other numerous monthly, quarterly and annual awards. She is a 25-year veteran of the Orange County/Los Angeles real estate industry who is serving buyers and sellers in Irvine and the surrounding Orange County area to help them achieve their real estate goals. She supplies home enhancement guidance including staging, upgrading and remodeling expertise.
Shelley was born and raised one block away from UCLA, Shelley has extensive knowledge of West Los Angeles including Westwood and surrounding communities. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from UCLA and was honored with induction into Phi Beta Kappa.

Regarded as an expert in her field, Shelley served on the President’s Planning Council for Coldwell Banker Orange County for two years and was a guest speaker for Coldwell Banker Agent Development Program. She also took part in an agent mentorship program training in all areas of aspects of a real estate transaction.

Shelley is respected for comprehensive knowledge of the current marketplace and market trends, area schools, and community activities and involvement. As a strong school supporter, she was a past PTA President and generous donor to local schools. She is active in her community as she was a past President of Northwood's Canyon Creek HOA.
