About Shelley

Shelley has been in the Real Estate industry for 24 years. Currently, she holds the position of Designated Broker at Realty One Group Gateway. Her expertise lies in Residential resale REO and Military Relocation. Shelley has earned several designations including GRI, rCRMS, and C2EX. She actively contributes to her local association as a member of the Board of Directors and also mentors new agents. Additionally, she plays an important role in the Arizona Association of Realtors, serving as the Chairperson for Legislative and Political Affairs, and participating in the Professional Standards committee. In recognition of her exceptional service, Shelley was honored with the Arthur Crozier Distinguished Service award by the Arizona Association in 2018. At the national level, she is a member of the Rapac Participation Council for the National Association of Realtors.

Outside of her professional commitments, Shelley has been a Wish Granter for Make-A-Wish AZ since 2005, fulfilling over 100 wishes. Her dedication to volunteering earned her the Volunteer of the Year award from Make a Wish in 2018. Additionally, she contributes to her Church by teaching CCD classes on Saturdays and serving as a Eucharistic Minister to hospital patients once a week. Her outstanding service to both her community and the real estate industry was recognized with the STAR award from President D Patrick Lewis of the Arizona Association of Realtors in 2018.

During her leisure time, Shelley enjoys the company of her five children and eleven grandchildren. Her hobbies include reading, fishing, and playing Pokemon. Notably, she is a devoted fan of the Kansas City Chiefs football team, with her dogs named KC and Chief in honor of her favorite team. Both dogs are shelter rescues and hold a special place in her heart.
