When we decided to sell our property we really had no leads on who to use. Randomly I picked Shellien to help us. Our property was not an easy sell, there were a lot of hurdles, and even cranky tenants living in the property. It made things even more difficult being located 20 hours away. Shellien handled every situation very professionally, even when the tenants started making it difficult.

It’s rare in this world that understands how to get things done, and then follows through. Was amazed at how much she helped and did. There was times she even cleaned the glass, swept the floors, helped coordinate selling of an appliance, and so much more.

Could not recomend Shellien more. In my years of dealing with realtors I have never met anyone that is as committed. This whole process was easier with her helping out.

I’d like to start by sharing how we met Sheillien. We met her approximately 2yrs ago at an open house. she showed us around, and was polite, patient and always with a smile.
This year 2022 my husband and I decided to sell our house and buy a new one. I could not remember the realtors name that had showed us the house two years ago. we stopped by at a random real estate company and asked if Diana worked there ? as I thought that was her name. the Lady at the front desk said they did not have any one with this name. she offered me a book of the Parade of homes. I went back out to the parking lot where my husband was waiting for me .
we sat in the car looking through the book and there was her picture at the moment I realized her name was Sheillien not Diana LOL..
we immediately called her and she took me by surprise as she answered hello Rosa! It turns out that she still had my number on her contacts From 2yr ago. I let her know we were looking to list our house, and to buy another .she Immediately set up an appointment to meet with us. our experience with sheillien was phenomenal!
She treated us with respect and was always ready to answer our questions. we never felt pressured to settle for a house we didn’t like. With her advice and tips our house was under contract in less than two weeks . we were also able to find our dream home. she helped us every step of the way with the sale and purchase, and also with the transition . My husband works out of state and she also offered to help pack if he needed help. Wow she is amazing. We learned so much from Sheillien , and greatly appreciate her. I shared our experience with family and friends , and one of my friends reached out to her to list her house and buy another. If we had to do this all over again we would definitely reach out to Sheillien without hesitation. Stay in touch my friend.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give for our rating of Shellien! She is fabulous! Responsive, fun and a positive realtor to work with. She is a wealth of information and for our purchase, had most unique idea of adding a personal touch into our offer (that was near and dear to the seller and benefited the community!) that helped our offer get accepted.

In my opinion, she puts the "real" in realtor! What you see is what you get. She was a blast to tour homes with. She has NO fear, even to go down into the dark, creepy, spidery basements I wouldn't come close to! She is a hoot!

After our purchase was complete, my husband remarked "I can't wait to buy another house soon just so we can work with Shellien again!"
