Shellsy Ashen

Shellsy (“shell-sea”) Ashen grew up in Dana Point and has lived in Orange County for 30 years. As a local expert, she offers a wealth of knowledge about the various luxury real estate markets all along the coast. Her elite collegiate experience as a Division 1 volleyball player taught her to execute winning strategies, which she now applies to her business by crafting and clearly communicating personalized game plans that help her clients achieve success.

Before joining Compass, Shellsy taught at Santa Margarita Catholic High School. Her experience in education has given her the unique ability to guide her clients through the complexities of real estate to make informed and confident decisions.
