Shelly Bean is the Managing Broker of Station Seattle where she leads a team of amazing brokers to help clients become oriented, acquainted, and settled into their new lives. She is passionate about delivering an unmatched real estate experience, both within Station Cities, and for the numerous clients she serves as renters, buyers, sellers, and general connoisseurs of all things home-related.

Shelly ensures her team navigates the intricacies and complexities of the modern world to create a successful move into and around the Seattle area. She approaches real estate from her background passionately based in education and empowerment. With a master’s degree in Education, seven years in educational leadership/adult learning, and two years in curriculum development, employee education, and mentorship, Shelly is a well-rounded leader.

In her six years as a licensed real estate broker, she has successfully cultivated relationships while honing her craft to include Certified Negotiation, Accredited Buyer Representation, Seller Representation Specialty, and Accredited Staging.
