We Moved Across Country with the Help of Shelly Booth. We moved from Yuma, AZ for work after leaving the military. We didn’t know anyone in Ohio, but Shelly made our transition easy. She scheduled tours, recommended local places to check out including kid friendly parks and well rated schools nearby. She has a plethora of contacts for solid contractors, general inspectors and seller agents in the area. Shelly was trustworthy, communicative and on top of the process when our title company dropped the ball on some important paperwork. Shelly was extremely informative during the whole search, appraisal and closing using our VA loan. Shelly even went over to measure the areas for new appliances that needed to be installed which just really went the extra mile in our eyes. We are extremely grateful as a family for all of her hard work getting us moved to our new home in Akron Ohio.

Shelly made the purchase process incredibly easy. With Shellys knowledge on real state we were able to purchase the perfect home.
She was flexible and accommodate her schedule to maximize the time during our visit to Ohio. With in one day we were able to see multiple homes and find the home we purchased.
After we to return to California Shelly was in constant communication. She was very responsive and professional on the entire process. The closing was smooth even though we were not at Ohio.
I highly recommend Shelly as your next realtor agent.

Great Realtor. Shelly Booth was recommended to me by my financial advisor. She was a great person to work with. She went beyond the scope of a real estate agent. She was a helpful advisor on how to get my house ready for listing and was there to handle all the details of selling my house. She kept in contact with me about everything from the open houses to the feedback about potential buyers.

Excellent Realtor - attentive to our needs and terrific results. Shelly was a wonderful agent and was tremendous help to our family during our sale and our cross country move. She helped us through the whole process - this included setting the right price for the house, marketing it (including photos, videos, etc.), negotiations to ensure we got a fair offer, and details on the closing. She even went outside of the normal scope of a realtor and helped us find a reasonable cross country mover when we were struggling to find one in our target budget. She would listen and help us with any questions that we had. Both Shelly and the buyer's agent helped us through an issue with an appraiser who had missed some details and features in our home and they worked together to ensure that there were no issues as a result of that appraiser. Shelly always took time to listen to us and understand our needs and what we were looking for with our sale (i.e. ideal timing of the sale, price, our schedules, etc.) and would help us through any debates or questions that we had. Just as important as her counsel and assistance were the end results; Shelly helped us to sell in 3 days at near asking price. The price that we sold at was higher than what we expected to get before we reach out to Shelly; it was actually at the high end of our "ideal" range. Bottom line, we felt that Shelly cared about our family, making a stressful situation much less stressful, and helping us to get the best outcome and she delivered results that exceeded our expectations.

My wife and I had begun looking for a home and chose an option to connect with a random realtor through Realtor.com. It was 10:30 at night and we could’ve gotten connected with anybody but we were incredibly lucky enough to be connected with Shelly! From our first meeting at a Panera to her handing over the keys for our new home, a process which took quite a bit of time due to the market, Shelly was on our side for anything we needed whenever we needed it. Anyone having trouble finding a home in this crazy market needs to connect with Shelly Booth. She is someone who will take the time and energy to get you in your home, not just a house. Because that’s who she is. She is someone who cares about the happiness of her clients not just the commission check.
