As first-time home buyers, we did not know where to start with. We interviewed 4 real estate agents, and finally picked Shelly among others as we were impressed by her trustworthiness and professionalism. It turned out that we’ve made the right choice.

During the 3 months of our home search, she showed us around a large number of houses rain or shine, and educated us from scratch about the nuts and bolts of home purchase. She helped us keep a cool head and not to bid some defected houses with a crazy price, as they might be hard to sell during economic downturns. But when she saw the value of some other houses, she encouraged us to act quickly. With her superior negotiation skills and extensive networks, she decisively secured the house for us. We won the bid among 10+ offers with a very reasonable price, a rare case in this crazy market. We are extremely grateful that in such a short time we have bought a house that satisfies our various needs! Her professionalism, passion, and care have really impressed us. Shelly is the best!
