My husband and I moved to Texas about a year ago and we just bought our first house with the help and guidance of Shelly. Since we first reached out, Shelly has been quick to respond, professional, super knowledgeable, hands on, friendly, and helpful. Buying our first house was nerve racking, especially in a city we are still learning. But Shelly has been there every step of the way, answering all our questions, walking through paperwork page by page with us when we weren’t sure what we were looking at. She coordinated the inspection and appraisal and mediated conversations with the builders and a bunch of things I probably don’t know about. She went above and beyond in guiding us newbies through this process which made it super easy trust her and find out awesome first house! If you need a realtor in the Dallas area, Shelly is your woman.

Shelly was a Godsend.

My wife and I were new to the area and were looking to look for our first home. We had no idea how, what or where we were looking for.

Shelly immediately responded to my request for information. Asked questions about my wife and I’s lifestyle, budget, desires and dedicated an entire day the following weekend to look at homes.

After not finding a home the first day Shelly was undeterred and said “well we are gonna have to keep looking.”

The website she created us constantly fed us new properties that came available and when we saw one we liked Shelly was able to arrange a tour in less than 24 hours.

As silly as it sounds, Shelly made us feel like we were her most important client. After we had our offer accepted Shelly insisted on being with us for the walk through, inspection, and closing.

In a world we did not know anything about Shelly made us feel comfortable. We will definitely be using Shelly again when we are in the Market for our next home.

Shelly, and her team, were great through the entire process of us selling our present home. In fact, we were so pleased with the experience we used her to find and purchase our new home as well. I'll be the first to admit we placed many obstacles in her path but she rose to the occasion and handled the sell of our home very professionally and did it all in a very "down to earth" way that made you feel you weren't just a client, but more like family. Shelly is a true real estate professional in every respect. She is knowledgeable, innovative, creative and completely dedicated to making sure that the real estate marketing, selling and buying process go well from start to finish. She doesn’t give up or relent. Never too busy to communicate and to explain the details and nuances of buying and selling a house.

We would never use anyone else but Shelley for our future home real estate decisions.

As a note, Shelly was the selling agent for the house we bought in North Garland 11-years ago and just recently sold.

She also helped us find a great house to buy in the Forest Lane/Preston Road area of Dallas. Although she is an expert in the North Garland Richardson area, we found that she knew every area that we had an interest in the Dallas Preston Hollow area.

I couldn't ask for a better realtor to help me purchase my dream home in Dallas. Shelly listened to my needs and made the long distance situation process easy. She is honest, communicates clearly, and most importantly, has incredible negotiating skills. There was a major issue with my dream house and she was able to get it repaired and resolved in just a week. In fact, because I had to move from Austin quickly, Shelly helped me find a house and close in less than a month. I can't stress Shelly's negotiating skills enough. She has immense knowledge of real estate law, and I am very thankful she helped me make the right decisions that were beneficial to me throughout the whole process. Hands down one of the most thorough and professional realtors I have ever engaged to buy or sell a home. Being new to Texas, Shelly went above an beyond to help us feel at home throughout the home search process. She listened to what we wanted with regards to schools, lifestyle, and type of home setting with the results being every box checked!
