Sheree had her hands full with us. We had a long list of houses we wanted to check out and were desperate to find something since our house had sold in a matter of days. She was very patient and accommodating. When we fell in love with a house only to find they accepted an offer that morning, she suggested we put in a secondary offer. So we did and sure enough we somehow got the house. Now we are a family of 6 enjoying our space. I highly recommend her!

After selling a home for us she helped us find a home in the town we wanted to move to. That town was Tullahoma, which can be a hard place to find a home timely. The biggest issue was homes being snatched up before or right after being listed. We also wanted a nice home, single level, multiple beds and baths, quiet secluded neighborhood that was mature. Sheree found us a home that we really wanted as soon as we walked into it. She did a great job navigating availabilities, negotiations and closing. No hiccups. Another great job by Sheree.
