Sheri and Matt are absolutely amazing! They helped us buy our first home 8 years ago and then helped us with finding a new home recently. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable about the Kirkland area and the values of homes. We spent over 2 years looking for this home and they were very patient with us along the way. They are extremely kind and helpful along each step of the way. We are in the process of selling our first home and they are very helpful with strategies for improving our house to help it sell. They are familiar with contractors in the area that are able to complete quality work. These two are the crème of the crop!

I only wish there was a sixth star to award Sheri and Matt. They expertly and patiently walked me through every detail of making the house ready for sale, pricing, marketing, showing, offer consideration and closing. No questions were left unanswered. I feel very fortunate to have had them on my team. We were able to have sold the house after the first weekend of showing, with multiple offers over our asking price. What a great outcome!
