Sheri LaCasella is the Broker and founder of The TC Team, Inc., a team of Independent transaction coordinators. As a San Diego native and SDSU Alumni, she began her career in Real Estate upon graduation in 2005 and obtaining her Real Estate license. Working as the client care coordinator for a high-end Real Estate team in La Jolla, she discovered the world of transaction coordination and her enthusiasm for it. After later joining a high-producing luxury team in Rancho Santa Fe, Sheri decided it was time to start her own TC company in 2009. Following her dream, she was able to expand her services by working with the many agents she had developed strong relationships with over the years and set new ones along the way.
Over a decade later, her passion for what she does is just as strong as it was when she first started! She has built strong relationships with countless agents, escrow officers, title officers, lenders, and clients across Southern California. Her extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and genuine love for the transaction make her stand out in the Real Estate world as a highly sought-after TC. When not working with clients, she enjoys as much time as possible outside soaking up the sun with her five-year-old son, Braxton, and her dog, Ollie.
