I am a Home Inspector who has performed many inspections for Sheria. I have performed these inspections in Pennsylvania and Maryland. At each inspection Sheria has always been present. She has even been present when our mutual client could not make the inspection. Sheria, has always been kind, courteous, and friendly. She genuinely cares about her clients. Sheria Lapp is the best! I wouldn’t want any other realtor! She’s very patient, also will let you know what might need to be replaced or even if the house is worth buying! Sheria does not make you feel like you’re just another pay check like most realtors I’ve dealt with!
