Sherra is not only very knowledgeable of the real estate market, but she did a wonderful job of keeping us informed at every step and was transparent throughout the process. She provided expert advice on preparing our home for sale, set realistic expectations (on price and timeframe), marketed it beautifully and relentlessly through various channels (social media, open houses, etc), and skillfully negotiated the sale to ensure we received an offer that was fair and one we were comfortable with accepting.
She understood our unique needs and worked closely with us, and our builder, to coordinate dates and make sure everything lined up perfectly, so we never felt rushed or overwhelmed.
