As a first time home owner, I must say that Sherrae has made the process a great one. I was a little apprehensive at first due to the fact that I was nervous about the home buying process and didn't know what to expect. But, I must say that Sherrae has bestowed professionalism and has shown us so much dedication to our home buying process. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable about what steps to take first, suggestions on your lender and anything from understanding the paperwork needed to sign, etc. then Sherrae will not let you down. Sherrae was the key that we needed to navigate through purchasing our home. She was the bridge between the lender, the buyer's agent, etc. She explained whatever she could and did reach to us via text messages and emails should we had any questions. I would most certainly recommend her to anyone because she has patience and worked to help us every step of the way. Thanks Sherrae!

Sherrae is hands down the best realtor you could ask for! She went out of her way to be accommodating for showings and meetings. She was always happy to take a call or field an email. She really knows Baltimore real estate and offered valuable context-specific advice and referrals. She’s professional and personable and was a joy to work with. We’re hoping she will stop by for spaghetti some time when she’s in the neighborhood.

Sherrae was very helpful throughout the process of looking at property, making and offer and following through the closing. We purchased the property remotely and without her assistance we would not be able to do this. She made great suggestions to us during the whole process and was very helpful when we finally closed and moved in. She is a knowledgeable, caring, hard working agent.

Sherrae greeted us each time we met with her to view a new listing or more commonly, through phone call. She is almost always available 24/7 through email, phone, or text, and she tracked down the answer to questions we had as soon as possible. We had to do a virtual closing so Sherrae represented us in Baltimore while we were physically thousands of miles away. Even after closing, she has continued to be our trusted representative during the move-in process and allowed contractors into our unit, etc. She also has a great attitude and just a pleasure to speak with each time we needed to discuss anything. Thanks Sherrae!

I couldn't ask for a better realtor. Sherrae is very professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, attentive and caring. She is always there to answer my questions no matter what time it is. Every time I found a property I wanted to see she always followed with, what time are you available and we are out that same day. We are now going through the process of buying my new condo and I said we because she is with me every step of the way. I can honestly say I now look at her as my realtor/Friend. I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed!!!

I love how she communicates with me about properties and is always friendly and relatable it never feels like business I feel as if I'm viewing homes with a close friend. After only viewing one place she knew what I was looking for gave more properties I would like in a range of area's (because I'm undecided lol). She helps with everything from home viewing to mortgage loans a true one stop shop. She works with my schedule and gives me the best advice not trying to short sale or just make profit but ensuring that I'll be happy and am making the smartest decisions. Would definitely recommend to family and friends or anyone looking for an agent in general
