Sherri McEuen

Sherri is a Laguna Beach agent who has received the Five Star Professional and Orange Coast Magazine Real Estate Award 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 for being among the top 1% of Orange County real estate broker/agents rated highest in overall satisfaction by clients, peers and industry experts for integrity, communication, and exceptional customer service. Sherri has sold homes in Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, and Dana Point, among other prominent Orange County cities.

Diligence, patience, professionalism, the ability to overcome objections, and expert negotiating skills are the cornerstones of her success. She has sold over a billion dollars in residential real estate including many hundreds of luxury homes, estates, and luxury high rise condominiums. In 1991, she was credited twice with selling the highest-priced luxury condominium in Los Angeles!

Her experience in Los Angeles and Orange Counties enables her to lend her services to those relocating within the region. Her marketing of properties extends from Carmel to San Diego to Palm Desert. She has been Director of Sales and Marketing at The Blair House and Dorchester luxury high rise Condominiums in Los Angeles and has collaborated with developers on The Marina City Club Towers, Astoria, Monterey, The Carriage House, The Fur Center, Horizons West, Kirkwood Place, and was Vice President of Katz Partnership developing residential and commercial properties. Born into a real estate family, her father was a luxury builder-developer, influencing her passion for home sales and development! She works with an affluent clientele and sells luxury properties and mid-priced homes.

Sherri is an avid lover of the arts and has been invited to exhibit at the Biennale Del’ Arte Contemporanea in Florence, Italy numerous times and has been invited to exhibit at the Eiffel Tower. She is an accomplished bronze sculptor who has exhibited in several Laguna Beach galleries, The Festival of Arts, La Quinta, and Aspen Galleries and in Beverly Hills. Her charitable contributions include Habitat for Humanity, the Susan G. Komen Cancer Foundation, the Boys & Girls Club of America and On Wings of Eagles.

She dearly loves her husband and partner Tom and their two sons Clayton and Austin.
