When I was selling my house, it was my first time and I had no idea what to expect. I also needed to do a lot of cosmetic work to the house to get it in best selling shape. I'm a guy and I have no clue about what looks good, what matches, etc (I'm usually not allowed to pick out my own clothes...). Sherry has a keen eye for design as well as being well versed in the buying and selling side of things so with the advice she gave me, my house sold before they could even put the sign in the yard. On top of that, the buyers told us it was the nicest/most well maintained house, in its price range, that they had seen.

On a more personal level, Sherry is very kind, intelligent and funny, just a pleasure to work with. Her priority isn't making a buck but making sure you have the best experience, she really goes the extra mile.
