About Sherry

A lifelong native of Hampton Roads, Sherry has spent over 27 years as the owner of a property management company. As such, she has been involved in every level of business development, marketing, performance improvement, leadership and business expansion. Her years in management and her entrepreneurial pursuits have given her the tools to work to find the best solution (or solutions) to assist her clients with any situation. She strives to be a compassionate, friendly and, if necessary, a humorous listener and advocate for her clients. After selling her business and staying home with her teenage boys, it was time for her to find a new role she was passionate about. After a conversation with a life long family friend, Greg Garrett, she moved forward with becoming a licensed REALTOR. Her first year in this wonderful business, she was awarded an Outstanding Sales Award by the Virginia Peninsula of Realtors. She always says she falls in love with her clients and it is true! Wherever you are in your real estate journey, she is there to assist you in making it as stress free as possible.

A graduate of Old Dominion University (BS Marketing), Sherry continued her education and training in interior design, home staging and professional organization. She learned the meaning of hard work, ethics, honesty and entrepreneurship from her father who also owned his own business for over 45 years. A couple of years after retirement, he became a real estate agent in the Hampton Roads area. She is so proud to walk in his shoes.
