About Sherry

I’m a South Tampa native and lived mostly in Tampa my entire life so I know it like the back of my hand. I’ve worked as an assistant property manager, leasing manager and leasing professional for upscale apartment communities as far back as 1995 and decided to get my real estate license in 2002 where my focus has been on Listing and Selling residential real estate ever since. I began my real estate career in Pinellas County after doing property management where I moved with my boyfriend at the time who was a real estate investor and contractor who flipped properties. We actually got licensed at the same time and I learned so much about quality construction,repairs,diy projects etc.... He was my best motivator to stay in the real estate business when the industry became challenging or overly competitive. From ReMax to Keller Williams to Future Home Realty.
I moved from Tampa to St. Pete to live and work downtown shortly after getting licensed with a great friend who was an investor, contractor and eventually realtor for about 10 years and then moved back to South Tampa in 2010. Landed on Harbour Island and then Channelside which I would call my niche, work and home. I also manage a handful of condominiums for private owners as rental units. What my clients would say about me would be that I’m more than fair, very honest, that I treat their property as if it were my own and Work harder than any agent they have ever worked with. I also enjoy showing a property owner what it will take to make there home market ready to get them the best price possible and I do tend to jump right in feet first to help make that happen.
