In a coconut shell because a nut shell isn't big enough and she doesn't care much for coconut - working with, living and learning with my spouse, Sherry relentlessly fulfills the clients wants in finding them and families a home to their liking and comfort. She does this all with professionalism that she is so well versed in from years of professional education and working in the public sector. Sherry shares a professional attitude and ethics with all her clients without hesitation from start to finish of any deal and beyond. The same ethics are presented by her to her peers and workforce at all times. Sherry takes pride in continuing her Real Estate education that is enveloped by her professional work ethics and the love of the Real Estate profession. Sherry can assist with correcting any hiccup that may manifest its way into any deal. Sherry can be trusted to do the right thing all the time. I know I have trusted her for 32 year and sure there will be more trusted years for both myself and her past and future clients. Sherry has many repeat clients which reflects the trust and performance they've come to know and appreciate. If there were more stars I'd gold them all.

Sherry is our Go-To person as we have contemplated buying a condo . She has become a friend throughout the time since we first met her. I was living in Arizona when I asked Sherry for help finding a home in Ohio. She wrote up offers for two places in a highly competitive market and did an inspection and video for me of three others. Although I ended up purchasing a home in Kansas, I feel that Sherry went all out for me and helped me avoid mistakes that I definitely would have regretted. My only regret is not buying a house through her, because realtors live on the commission from a sale. If there is no sale, they don't get compensated, and she certainly deserved to be paid for her advice and assistance.

I wasn't sure what to expect when my mortgage company set me up with a realtor, but I couldn't be happier that they did. Sherry is truly high caliber; she is kind, compassionate, and damn good at what she does. Her experience and expertise showed through every step of my home buying process, and she was very quick to earn my trust. As a first time home buyer, she made sure I saw clearly through the mess, and I was SO comfortable having her by my side. I would recommend her to anyone as if she were family! I'd rate her six stars if I could!

Sherry is by far the most amazing realtor I have ever done business with (we have done this 7 times) and I wish I had her for all 7!! It has been an absolute pleasure having Sherry Kutcher as our agent. She has made the first part of our transition simply effortless on our part. Anytime I had a concern, a question, a worry, I could pretty much immediately get through to her. She always figured things out which was wonderful. We have a special needs little boy, (so time for us is limited) whom she always took into account when showing us properties. Which was so kind to take a step either further to help us sell, and then buy our forever home.
Her professionalism superseded our expectations. She was always prompt for appointments , and most importantly was completely transparent on any questions we had in regards to the property she was showing us. Meaning, at not one moment did Scott and I feel pressured or pushed to do anything, and that was a fear of ours because our last agent was the exact opposite of Sherry Kutcher. She put our fears to rest honestly about five minutes after our first appointment together. Her passion for her career shines bright every time I’m with her! I feel it’s her true pleasure, and brings her pure joy to see other families starting beautiful new journeys in their new homes. It’s not about the sale for Sherry Kutcher. Sherry was so wonderful she went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. We have previously purchased two homes each with a different realitor and each was far less than satisfactory. We did not have any hope that this time would be different. Wow were we pleasantly surprised!!!

Our experience with Sherry Kutcher as our realtor was exceptional! Sherry is a true profession who goes above and beyond in caring and working for her clients. Sherry’s knowledge about the business is vast. We didn’t have to worry about anything, do anything, Sherry was on the ball. She is a great hand holder, I have a tendency to worry so I might go a little overboard and Sherry was terrific! She gives good advice, she got us much more for our properties than expected!
