About Sheryl
In the recession of 2008, it was a battle to stay in business and generate enough income to be the primary breadwinner and support a family. We lost our health insurance and I decided it was time to finish my degree. I don't do anything the easy way, it seems. I worked full time in real estate, raised 3 kids and finished a degree in nursing, with honors I might add! I ran into graduation right from a closing w/cap and gown in hand! I chose nursing as opposed to a business degree. I saw it as a career that I could utilize my skill set as a strong advocate and serve others. I had a deep respect for RNs in my life, they hard work and are extremely trustworthy. I was able to mold a flexible RN schedule to work around my full time real estate career as the recession worked itself out. Occasionally I pick up a contingent shift on a midnight or early morning to keep my license active. As you can see, I am definitely not lazy and my work ethic is second to none.
Authenticity is priority for me. You won’t get fancy slogan or high-pressure sales, just results. I’m passionate, motivated, driven and educated. Whether you are after your lakefront dream, forever home, a first time buyer or an experienced investor, I can help you find properties that fit your need!Texting is the fastest way to chat & see if it makes sense to work together. Looking forward to it.

Sheryl's Reviews

I’ve know Sheryl since 2014 when she helped my parents find a new home and here we are 11 years later, she helped my boyfriend and I buy our own home. She made the process as easy and smooth as possible. It can be overwhelming as a first time home buyer but she worked hard, answered allllll of our questions and made sure we found a place we loved, to call home. It is obvious how much she loves what she does and that’s so important. She made us feel so comfortable and kept what can be a very stressful time - a fun, exciting time!

Best realtor in Oakland County . Sheryl is one of the most compassionate, caring young woman, that I have met In a long time. We interviewed three different agents and our final decision of course was, Sheryl. I owned my home for 55 years and it was an emotional journey. She was so knowledgeable and kept me grounded when things started to get confusing. I trusted her and never felt that she didn’t have my best interest at heart. I have given her name to many my friends that are looking at moving in the next few years. She knows the area, and was spot on with the prices and the comparable homes. Any of my concerns she would always put first and she knew how to handle the agents that were going through my home. If you want to sell your home and have an agent that will treat you like family, it’s Sheryl Kersten.
