Sheryl has been licensed and practicing real estate in the Phoenix East Valley since 2003 and has experienced first hand the hot paced market of 2004 through 2006 and then the rapid decline in 2007 through 2012 where short sales and foreclosures where all too many. Thankfully those days are behind us now, but the experience Sheryl took away from working in those conditions are something that cannot be taught in a book.
