Shirley Coulman

Shirley grew up on a farm in Hebron, Illinois, and visited the nearby Lake Geneva and Twin Lakes areas frequently throughout her childhood. She would later settle her own family in Linn Township just outside of Lake Geneva, and she continues to live there happily today - enjoying nature’s beauty as well a vibrant community culture. As a single mother and businesswoman, she raised two sons here, both of whom attended Big Foot High School and Wisconsin colleges. One of them, Tom, is her business partner today.

While much of Shirley’s realty work is focused in the Lake Geneva and Twin Lakes areas, she has also helped clients buy and sell homes throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, from Lake Michigan west to Delavan Lake. An astute listener and communicator, she is an advocate for her clients and a skilled success-driven negotiator.
