Shirley Richards

Since 1979 buyers and sellers have flocked to Shirley Richards for residential real estate in the Conejo Valley. That means the towns north of Calabasas, CA, inland from Malibu, and an hours drive south of Santa Barbara. The towns are Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, and Newbury Park. Since Shirley has herself resided in several states, she understands what is important to make one's move smooth, efficient, and relatively painless.
Prior to her real estate career, she was a secondary schools and college teacher. Education-wise, she has a masters degree from Indiana University and her magna cum laude undergraduate degree is from the University of Evansville. She met her husband in college, and he is an electrical engineer. They have 2 sons, one living in the Midwest, and one assisting her with real estate.
