Shondra was referred to me by my cousin, who had recently purchased a home. He shared nothing but good things about her professionalism and work ethic. I outlined my wants and needs with Shondra. She presented homes that matched it perfectly! There were times were I even considered forgoing some of my wants and needs, and Shondra steered me back on the right path. She said “I don’t want you to settle.” I appreciated that! My kids and I enjoyed working with her, and after a weekend in our new home, I know we made the choice working with Shondra!

Our experience with Shondra was amazing! It was our first home we purchased. She was so knowledgeable about what to look for in a house and what best for our family. Shondra was so patient with us.
