She was able to help me find the perfect home for my mom when I had extremely short notice to move her. The house she found had everything we were looking (which was kinda of a long list) and made it so easy for me to focus on other things during this stressful time. Sid was GREAT! She was so easy and attentive. I reached out to Sid after being told how great she was to work with and will do it ALL!
Me and wife recently moved and decided to put our place up for rent. But where do start? Sid was the answer.
I barely lifted a finger. After a few phone calls, emails, and photos our place was up on the market.
Sid had showings the first weekend with a great turnout. The very next day Sid gave us the news she’s got it wrapped up, did all the background check, typed up the lease contract etc. and made sure both parties were good. Now I am a landlord thanks to Sid. Haha!

The career of real estate has taken me from New York City in 1988 to San Francisco in 1991. I joined the best young innovative company , Pacific Union. I stayed, learned and prospered till 2020 July when I switched from being an active agent to Referral agent.
When I was asked by my client/friend to refer her friend to a San Diego agent in 2017, I reached out to manager of our office in San Diego, Sidnev Muldrow was introduced to me. We connected over several phone calls, I was very happy and impressed with her knowledge, professionalism immediately. However; after quite a bit of time she spent on the project, the sale of the client’s home in a nice gated development, seller was not ready to move forward.
Five years later in 2021, we were called back to take on the listing of this client’s
home.
Sid did an outstanding job in providing seasoned RE help with the launch of the listing, although it was during the difficult pandemic period, she diligently brought the sale of the home smoothly to a successful close. If I am asked again for an agent in San Diego, I will call Siv to help.

She was my agent a few years ago when I initially bought my first condo and most recently to sell that same condo now that my husband and I have outgrew the space. Most people hire their friends as Realtor’s. I have several friends who are Realtors. Why did i pick Sid? I picked her because I want the the one with the most experience, while also being able to fulfill everything I need. This is to include letting contractors in to make appraisals, having great resources for the various types of home inspections, and contractors on call to repair anything that may need to be done. Your not just getting a realtor, you getting access to her vast network. She has helped me sell a condo; purchase, sell a townhome, and purchase a single family home. Each property had its own challenges, Sid made it easy. I recommend to not pick your friend; pick Sid who will ensure that all your real estate transactions are handled professionally, and with little stress as possible. I’m not one to write reviews, but Sid has worked very hard and deserves your business.
