Silvana and her family live in San Diego since 2001. Silvana worked in San Diego as a civil engineer for almost 11 years. Working as a civil engineer on many land development projects, either on civil design on new subdivisions or designing the portion of the project associated with the storm drain requirements, helped her to see the entire process of building the communities, from a piece of land to a beautiful communities. The civil engineering experience with her passion to invest in housing helped her in the decision to become a real estate agent.
Working as a civil engineer she was able to work with an array of clients that helped her to understand the importance of the relationship between her and her clients. Because of her engineering background, understanding homes and the housing market, she is helping her clients in locating and purchasing their perfect home in a unique and different approach technique.
