I had my property for Sale with another broker for over 1 year. I only received 3 Offers, none worth the time it took to read them. I then decided to rent it out and try to sell it on my own, that was a big mistake with all the calls, showing and hassle to my new tenant. Then 10 days into my sell by owner approach, Sylvia called and asked to see the house. I met her and she told me she was an agent and she is very confident that she might have a buyer for me. She asked if I would let her list it for 1 month and that if she could not sell it I can continue showing it myself. I was not really sure, but she seemed nice and was very knowledgeable, so I said OK. Within 2 weeks she had 2 offers and on the 3 week she SOLD it for FULL Asking of $115,000. I was so amazed I could not believe it. Next time I Buy or Sell I will see Silvia First. Sylvia, under these times I still cannot believe how you did this.Thank You Very Much.
