Amazing!!!!! Being a 1st time buyer was already scary! But having Silvia as my realtor who by the way was knowledgeable, patient, kind and loving!!
She made our home process a breeze!! Even with all the stress in this market right now and my first outbid she reassured me that my dream home would find me and I believed it did.

Silvia was great especially for the fact that we were 1 st time home buyer’s! She connected us directly with the lender to be pre-approved prior to the home search which was great, because we were able to get all paperwork searching out the way quicker and focus on finding a home that suited our family. Silvia was patient and understanding she wouldn’t let us settle. We even seen a few of the same homes a couple of times because we were not sure what we really needed. I would highly recommend her she’s deserving of more than five stars!

Wow! The service is great, felt like roller coaster where you have your ups and downs, but by the time you open your eyes the ride is over. We started this process without no knowledge but Silvia was great at answering our questions and keeping us excited about the process. We loved working with Silvia to sell our condo and by a new house. It was a really tough market right now for us a buyers (in the area we are in and at our budget). She worked hard to provide us as many options as she could to meet our requests. She was very patient as we worked through some unique issues and delays in our process. She was so helpful anytime we had questions and very timely in responding to them. We will definitely keep her in mind if we ever need a realtor in the future and will recommend to anyone we know that needs one in the area.

My husband and I purchase our first home through Silvia. Let me start of by saying, I don’t think we could of chosen a better realtor. As being first time homebuyers we really felt she went beyond her means for us. Silvia was fantastic from start to finish! She helped so much with the search and always responded to questions within minutes, sometimes seconds! Silvia made sure we were always informed and kept us in the loop on how everything worked and the process of it all. She was back and forth with the attorney and back, making sure she was getting answers! We were never hit With anything unexpected. Silvia got us many tours and gave great advice along the way. Silvia made the search for my home super easy! I work full time and I coach a collegiate team full time so my schedule and time is very chaotic. She was able to meet with me on my time and was able to schedule viewings when I was able to attend. Silvia also helped us uncover some great first home owner incentive programs and saved us over 10K in closing cost and other fees. I viewed around 12 homes before finding the ONE and she was helpful the entire way! I recommended her to countless friends and family and she helped them find their forever homes as well !!
