Where do I begin… From our 1st video consultation Silvia was very thorough. At first it felt a bit overwhelming but she stopped and broke everything down and answered all our initial questions. Months later once we were finally ready to purchase a home Silvia and Omar took care of us and were always available. Once we found the home we felt was the right choice, she was on it! I just recently sold my previous home in Imperial Beach, CA. We interviewed several companies and after speaking with Silvia Tirado from Mission Realty Group, I can't explain how pleased I was throughout the entire process from beginning to end. We are beyond satisfied with her professionalism and drive to please her customer; Silvia was amazing throughout the whole sales process. She did things way beyond my expectations from beginning to end, many of the things that she did to expedite the sales process was outstandingly creative. She would have open houses on the weekends, never forgot to provide refreshments and food such as: Tostilocos stand, Elote stand, and Taquero Stand. Also, she helped me with minor property repairs and not to mention the amazing job she did staging the property for show. I really believe she sold the house faster than most realtors in San Diego. I highly recommend Silva Tirado and the company (Mission Realty Group) that she represents. She is immensely motivated to sell homes and most likely yours too! I give Silva a 5 star but, if I can give her a 6 star I would!

Buying a house while my family was going through the hardest time in our life was not an easy task.. Silvia made it happen and took on a lot of the responsibility. Silvia was very professional at all times. She guided me through the whole process and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. My stresses were high as

Silvia is the best!!! We were so lucky to have found her via Zillow. My husband and I live in Central CA. We communicated with Silvia via text and call and she helped us find houses that we can check out. We drove down one weekend and she and her son, Omar, set us up to see the houses we are interested in. They were flexible and accommodating. We had a bad experience with a realtor we worked with before Silvia. The previous realtor took a week to get back to us and didn’t even reply to us when we called and texted her. On top of that, she judged us for not buying a house over a million dollars. Silvia is the exact opposite. She worked with us right away even if we are far away. She’s very friendly and easy to work with. She never judged us for what we can afford. It’s not just about the money for her. She loves what she’s doing and she likes to help people. We got our house with very little to no hassle and in a timely manner. She’s knowledgeable in what she does. She connected us to a good lender and to affordable businesses such as painters, cleaners, handymen, etc. Since we are not fully moved in yet, she has been helping us A LOT getting things fixed in our new home. She has become a new friend/extended family to us. She’s always available and willing to help.
We really like Silvia and we got lucky finding her. She and her son are the best!! We will definitely recommend her.

I have to admit, before working with Silvia, I did not understand the importance of having a good Realtor to work with. I never understood why friends in places I have lived at before would say they knew a good realtor. I assumed it was more or less an intermediary one works with and a transactional business relationship for the most part. Working with Silvia has shown me it is much more, and my wife and I are extremely thankful to Silvia for all that she did for us through the entire process.

Most specifically, amid a very tight housing market in the San Diego/Chula Vista region, her knowledge, guidance, and advocacy for us likely saved us immense amounts of time, and very likely, saved us money in the offer process.

As important, we are relocating from a different region than the San Diego region and could not be in person for many aspects of the closing and house preparation process; she handled aspects of the process that were difficult for us to do in person because we were closing on the house from a distance. While the Mission Realty Group tools, as well as the use of DocuSign with her colleague Brandon Martinez helped immensely in the process, such technological advances in recent years cannot replace the responsiveness, knowledge, professional colleagues, and pure personal professionalism that Silvia provided to us throughout the process--from the very start.

As an aside, I can say that my wife and I have come to know a bit more of Silvia's background through working with her. Without divulging personal details, I can say that Silvia has a very warm heart and comes from a background that allows her to understand the communities in and around San Diego. If you are reading this and you are from the San Diego area, or are interested in relocating to the San Diego area, Silvia will be able to guide you well.

Are you looking for a real estate agent who is not only friendly and thoughtful, but also responsive, attentive, persistent, knowledgeable and effective? Based on my own personal experiences, my honest assessment is that you should look no further and work with Sylvia Tirado.

Responsiveness:
I have worked with many real estate agents in the past and one of my biggest gripes was how long they would take to return a phone call or text. It was a pleasant surprise to work with Sylvia as she was ALWAYS quick to respond when we had a question or issue.

Attention to Detail:
Sylvia’s attention to detail was extremely appreciated. She did a wonderful job keeping us informed of next steps throughout the process, giving us ample time to complete all necessary tasks during escrow.

Persistence:
Sylvia was professional, thoughtful, yet tenacious when it came to caring for our best interests. If our home purchase was dependent on someone completing a task, Sylvia would ensure that there were no hold ups or bottlenecks in the process by consistently following up. In addition, I found that Sylvia’s persistence stems from her exceptional work ethic and desire to put the customer first. This led to her being very accommodating as she was willing to travel many miles to show us a house. Knowledge:
It is of paramount importance that your real estate agent possesses the industry knowledge to do their job effectively. Anytime I had a question or concern, Sylvia was able to utilize her experience and best practices to inform me on how to best navigate this unpredictable housing market. In the rare instances that she was unable to immediately provide an answer to a question, she was extremely resourceful and made every effort to find the answer to my question same day.

Effectiveness:
All of these qualities that I have mentioned are great to have in a realtor. However, I understand that many people are ultimately just interested in the bottom line. Sylvia was nothing short of spectacular when it came to closing a deal that was in our best interest. Using the most recent comps, Sylvia advised us on how to make a strong offer without breaking our bank account. Taking her advice, we offered a price that was far less from what I was willing to pay. Result: The home seller accepted our offer within 1 day, cancelled all other house tours, and we were able to close escrow within 14 days.

Summary of Review:
Sylvia Tirado’s unique blend of industry know-how, accompanied by a friendly nature and positive attitude, make for the perfect real estate agent. My honest review of Sylvia is that she is a 5-Star realtor and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

Working with Silvia and her team was a great experience. She was honest, walked us through everything step by step and was supper attentive always texted back right way (even if it was supper early because that’s the only alone time I had with out my 3 kids lol) It was our family’s first home and I thought in this crazy market now a days it was going to be impossible to find our dream home. Well it wasn’t, with patients like she told me it finally came after some month of looking. She was able to make us stand out out of all other offers. We also closed in 14 days smoothly I was in shock!!
