Simon De Vere White

Prior to opening his first restaurant, Simon worked as a technology recruiter in San Francisco before transitioning into real estate, first with Marcus and Millichap and then with Prime Equity Realty. Since 2009, Simon has played a critical role in identifying the locations, negotiating the leases, and overseeing the design, development, and buildout of each of his six hospitality businesses.

As a multi-time lessee and a personal guarantor of the businesses, Simon has a unique small-business-owner perspective on the financial commitment and structure needed in order to get your next project off the ground. An active and entrepreneurial community member, Simon is a past President of the California Restaurant Association’s Sacramento Chapter and sits on the Board of Directors of Regions Businesses, Regions Restaurants, and the R Street Partnership.
