Simon Liang came to the United States pursuing his PhD in mechanical engineering in 1988. He had worked for world’s largest construction machinery company Caterpillar for 15 years as a senior engineer and team leader. He began his real estate brokerage career in 2001. With his work ethic in engineering, he has always worked rigorously for client’s benefit, and always with full of patience and accountability. In the last fifteen years, he has consistently provided the best service to his clients, which has earned him trust from his clients. His service includes both residential and commercial real estate. With his years of experience in the field, Mr. Liang is not only sensitive to the real estate market trends, but also pay a lot of attention to clients’ needs, thus effectively help them to get their most desirable properties.

In 2006, Mr. Liang established his own real estate company Concentric Realty, Inc. Today, Concentric Realty has a team over 37 brokers, serving the entire Chicago Area.
