Simone was amazingly helpful in getting us into the exact living situation we desired. My wife and I had been searching for a place for months and it really felt like all hope was lost. My parents recommended Simone and once we got in touch, she was on it. She found us the perfect place within a couple weeks and had us signing our lease soon after. We have worked with Simone for the past 5 years for managing our property and then also representing us for the sale of the same property.
She represented us and the tenants fairly during the entire property management duration for the past 4 years. She was always proactive in her communication, was resourceful on repairs and provided the right advice on all aspects saving us $$$$.

When it comes to selling the property, Starkteam provided A+ service with the listing. We are remote and they managed everything to prepare for the sale (including landscaping, repairs, painting, etc.). On receiving multiple offers, Simone educated us about the pros and cons of each offer but let us decide which one we choose. The sale was smoother and quicker than we expected.

We are glad to be able to provide Simone and the team the 5 star rating that they thoroughly deserve.

Excellent agent. Elaine and Don have always been wonderfully responsive and communicative. They take initiative to fix things and reduce costs for their clients always. In addition to being an expert in the area, since we are out of town a lot, they also handle our tenant screening and initial move-in excellently. All tenants they have found for us have been very wonderful.

The Stark Team Real Estate Company is truly one of the best in the business. I am a mortgage broker and I can't say that about many of the realtors that I have worked with in the past. I have used them on my own personal property transactions and they have always been the ultimate professionals.
