Originally from Toronto, Canada, SJ McNally relocated with her family to Morristown, New Jersey at the age of ten. Growing up, she attended school in the U.S. and spent her summers at her family cottage in Northern Ontario (CAN). Throughout her youth, SJ played competitive soccer where her teams won conference and state championships. She was a four-year varsity starter and earned All-State recognition during her high school career. Her success in the sport caught the attention of college recruiters and ultimately earned her a position on the roster at Southern California’s, University of Redlands. During her undergraduate studies at the university, SJ majored in English with an emphasis on creative writing and had the opportunity to co-teach an integrated writing class abroad in London, England (UK).
Upon graduating from the University of Redlands with honors in 2012, SJ set her sights on Real Estate and relocated to Sarasota, FL. In one short year, she earned her Florida sales associates license, was recruited by a top brokerage in South Florida, and successfully closed over two million dollars’ worth of residential property, assisting one of Sarasota’s top agents. It was at this time that SJ began extensive research into growing markets across the country. Her passion for the industry, the competitive nature of sales, and the findings in her research eventually led her to Nashville, Tennessee. In 2013, she joined Parks in the Gulch, and was one of the youngest agents to earn a spot on the Company’s Top 50 Agents list. In 2016, she was recruited to The Wilson Group, where she actively sold in both residential and commercial markets learning and growing under respected broker, Christie Wilson. After seven years of successful business and mentorship in this industry, SJ joins the Zeitlin / Sotheby’s family and is excited to continue to grow and expand her business. She is most looking forward to connecting with other Sotheby’s offices in not only growing national markets, but international ones as well. SJ currently resides in Nashville, where she enjoys live music, sporting events, and the growing food/restaurant scene. It is a passion project of SJ’s to one day open a Canadian themed Food Truck!
