About Skip

With 40 years of successfully selling and managing real estate, combined with his insight into banking and finance, Skip can manage the most complicated real estate transactions. After graduating from San Diego State University in 1976, Skip immediately obtained his California Real Estate License. The day after graduation he began working in the Banking Industry eventually managing a 650-million-dollar real estate portfolio and supervising 135 employees.
In 1989, Skip incorporated the Barbour Corporation, a Real Estate Corporation specializing in sales, management, and construction. After managing over 2,000 apartment units, over 1,000,000+ square feet of commercial properties and over 200 single-family homes, Skip sold the management division of Barbour Corporation to a local real estate company. Skip is a Dynamo, working full time (and then some) at his profession. Continually taking real estate seminars and classes, he has a commitment to do an even better job for his clients and to stay ahead in a very competitive field.
