We had a fully 100% (or better) positive experience with Sommer as our agent. While our property was simply an inexpensive permanent “camp” site and trailer at the Glen at Maple Falls (where Sommer is also an owner), we were treated as if we were listing a million-dollar mansion. Everything we needed to know was fully explained, texts and emails were answered very quickly and we were able to sign all documents electronically. She provided excellent advice on how-to make sure our property showed as positively as possible. And then, when all was done, she attended our appointment to sign the final papers and also arranged to drop off some cable equipment we had neglected to uninstall before vacating the property. We have nothing but positive things to say about Sommer – you won’t go wrong if she is working for you!

Working with Sommer and her team made this whole process, so much easier. Because of special circumstances, I wasn’t able to do a lot of things myself. Sommer and her team gave me recommendations of local businesses to work with, who made this so smooth and the transition to listing, much easier. "Local knowledge" is invaluable, and she has it. The myriad details of real estate stuff, Sommer demystified it for us. Sommer will likely have answers to things you didn't even think to ask, so you'll feel more confident when it's time to make decisions. We wanted an expert, and that's exactly what we got.

Sommer and her team helped me sell my moms estate home, I can’t say enough good things about the entire process. Selling a home is stressful, but selling a home after you’ve lost your mother is almost unbearable; sommer made the entire process feel “easy”, from the beginning she went over the entire sale process with me, checked on the house during an ice storm, communicated regularly with me and handled some difficult negotiations so I could focus on healing. Sommer Cronk and the BEST Bellingham Home team recently sold my home and I was VERY pleased and impressed with their professionalism, expertise and local connections. The BEST team also proved to be knowledgeable about social media and other technologies (e.g., drone and 3D-video) for marketing my home. At the beginning of the process, Sommer gave me excellent advice about what needed to be upgraded in preparation for selling, and knew first rate local handymen who could complete those repairs. Sommer also gave me good advice about how to prepare for staging. The listing price for my home was right on…I got a full price offer in less than a week. Throughout the escrow process the BEST team was well-organized and communicated with me directly and through their online portal. They never dropped the ball and were so supportive as we dealt with the uncertainty of the selling process. Sommer’s team deserves the name BEST! They ARE!
