Sona just sold a place for us. When we needed a Realtor, we were very satisfied with Sona as our buyer agent last year. Now that we needed a seller agent, Sona helped us focus on the details that would generate the most interest from buyers. Once we were on the market, Sona helped navigate any issues that came up and made the transaction seamless, and our home had multiple above asking price offers and under contract in less than 4 days.
I can not recommend her enough for anyone's real estate needs.

My wife and I recently Purchased Our Dream Home in South Carolina and could not have done it without the Help of Sona Mcintyre! She had been referred to us by friends who also utilized her help to buy their SC Dream home! Sona Went above and beyond from the moment we Met her. She showed us several properties remotely from the comfort of our home in Vermont. Ultimately we did decide to make the trip down however and decided we needed to view properties in person. Sona Picked us up from our hotel and even had refreshments and snacks for us in the car which scored huge points with us as well as our 2 year old daughter! We had the pleasure of working with Sona on our recent home purchase in Conway, SC. Sona was exceptional, professional, and personable from the beginning of our journey of trying to find a house in a brand new state in an area we didn’t know too much about through our closing and thereafter. Sona was very responsive to all our questions and efficient when it came time to getting answers from our negotiations with the seller. She did everything she could to help us search for homes she thought we would love and went out of her way to make herself available during our whirlwind weekend trip to see homes. Sona was great to work with. She is very proficient, has great communication skills and is such a lovely person. She listed our townhome and within a week, we had several showings and offers.
