Sonda is a great relator that looks out for our best interest when we where looking for a different house. When she found us a house she listed our old house and it sold in 5 days for full asking price. It did not stop there after the sell she followed all the way through to closing on both houses. Would highly recommend her.

We experienced an unexpected, complicated title problem when trying to purchase a property and Sonda helped as much as she could. Eventually we pursued another property while waiting on the first and because Sonda gave us immediate assistance, we were able to purchase that property. Her speed and thoroughness completed the needed transactions to allow us to put in a Purchase Agreement. Very grateful.

Sonda helped us buy our first home and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She knew exactly what to look for in terms of issues and she had our best interests in mind the whole time. Sonda is very knowledgeable in real estate and knows what years certain things were built a certain way. Anytime we had an issue or question, Sonda was a text/email/call away.
