Sondra earned her Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business from DePaul University. Sondra was great for helping us find exactly the house we needed! We were first time home buyers and wanted to find a house at a low price point to rehab to our liking. At our first meeting, Sondra sat with us for a few hours to look over houses and gave us advice on all of the pros and cons of rehabbing a house vs buying new or building. We really appreciated that she has many years of experience and a ton of knowledge in both realty and rehabbing/design. By the end of our initial meeting she was able to refine what features of the home were really important to us and we ended up buying the 2nd house she showed us! It was a quick, smooth process which we really appreciated.
