Sonia Thompson is an amazing Realtor. She is patient with a friendly attitude. Sonia was staging my home. She mentioned a family that would be interested and they were not far away. Sonia Thompson was recommended to me by a neighbor whose home she sold in a matter of days. Sonia is efficient, very professional and knowledgeable about the real estate business. Sonia explained everything to us during our initial meeting. She showed how she arrived at the asking price. She also showed us comps of other homes sold in the area. Sonia is a terrific person as well as a terrific realtor and I will never forget all the help she was to us during this time.
Sonia Thompson got multiple offers on my house after 10 showings. That was incredible!
I had to leave town for a number of weeks so I gave Sonia a key to the house and she took care of all business involving the house during that time. She is trustworthy and called to give me frequent updates on what was going on with the house. I will recommend Sonia to anyone who is selling a home. Sonia Thompson has a great personality. She is very positive and energetic. She listens to you, gets a good understanding as to what you want and need for her to do. She will do all she can to make it happen. She will communicate and let you know what’s going on a timely matter. Sonia Thompson was very professional. She was very helpful and went beyond my expectation in doing what was needed to complete the sale and closing. She was very friendly and positive. We had a lawyer whom help with the contract, money deposit and escrow. Sonia Thompson work along with them gratefully. I was very pleased with Sonia Thompson performance. She was very professional. I would recommend her to anyone needing their home to be sold.

When my sister and I were faced with the daunting task of selling our childhood home, we chose Sonia Thompson, after we read her stellar reviews online. We were not disappointed! I prepared for our first meeting by doing a lot of research and writing 4 pages of notes on "what to look for when hiring a realtor". Sonia came well prepared, she covered everything in my notes and then some! She carefully explained the entire process involved in the sale of our house, answered all of our questions and completely put both of us at ease. Sonia is a friendly, charming professional who was always available to answer our questions and keep us informed. It was such a pleasure working with her, I would highly recommend Sonia to anyone who needs a realtor.

She came fully prepared to our very first meeting, with local comps, recent sales, and an in-depth knowledge of the area. Sonia made an honest assessment of our property, and offered us advice and a realistic timeline of what to expect. She kept us informed throughout the process and was always quick to respond to any of our concerns. She predicted we would have a signed contract within two weeks, and with multiple offers ...we did, at a higher price than we had ever imagined! I would highly recommend Sonia and her team!

My landlord asked us to move out. I had no idea how to go about finding a new place as this was the first time I would need to move. I shared this with Sonia as we were on volunteer duty. She asked what we were looking for. She asked several relevant questions. We were looking for a rental place but she suggested we buy a small place since we had the finance for it, she showed us the advantage of buying over renting - we had not thought of it till then. She guided us through out the process, was available to us, showed us several properties, . When I looked at the number of papers and things that needed to be done i was overwhelmed but Sonia and her assistant made the whole process so easy for us including getting us a good attorney to make sure the deal was good and solid. We have saved a lot since we bought the place rather than rented it... I gladly recommend her to everyone who is looking to buy or sell a home
