My husband and I began the house-searching journey over a year ago. We could not have landed on our dream home without Sonya and Bryce. They were patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. Neither of them would lead you down the wrong path regarding the intricate things that come along with purchasing a home. As younger, first-time home buyers, there were things that we would not have picked up on ourselves that could have had negative consequences down the road. Not once did we feel like we could not ask a question to either of them. We would send listings at weird parts of the day and they always made it possible to go see it ASAP. We also would have periods of looking at multiple houses and then periods where we backed off. We never felt pressured to feel the need to buy a house in those moments. Sonya was excellent when it came to finding my first property! Shortly before my 20th birthday I started looking into buying real estate and Sonya was more than happy to help. Within a month Sonya shared a beautiful piece of land to me and I went under contract on my 20th birthday! To start I’ve found a few places I liked on the internet. Messaged a few different realtors waiting for a response. Sonya replied almost instantly! She scheduled appointments to view homes, she told me what was right and wrong and she didn’t push the sale on me like others. She was willing to take her time to make it work for me, being a single parent, than focusing like many others on just the paycheck. There was times that I felt discouraged, either from homes disappearing quickly after I saw them, or prices not quite working but she assured me I would find one in my price range and it would work. I’m not exactly knowledge friendly when it comes to buying a house so I had tons of questions. Without hesitation, no matter the time or day, Sonya replied almost immediately. Any time I needed to view a home with my hectic schedule, she never hesitated and said she will call the other realtor and see me there. Never said she was busy, or she couldn’t, she just made it happen…She has an abundance of resources who care just as much as her, and are are all pretty quick to respond. To make it simple, she’s super sweet, super professional, down to earth, honest, and perfect! I’ve always worried about buying a home and dreading the process but it was a breeze! I’d recommend Sonya to any and everyone looking to purchase a home!

She was patient during the COVID-19 real estate lockdown as we traveled from Maryland to look at homes over a couple of months.
