Arlisa Armstrong brings more than 30 years of experience in housing, community development, and rural economic growth. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Arlisa served as the State Director for USDA Rural Development, culminating a distinguished 32-year career helping communities, families, and businesses access housing opportunities, financing programs, and development resources. Her extensive experience with residential, commercial, nonprofit, and community projects provides clients with an exceptional understanding of property acquisition, financing, development, and long-term investment value.
