Sophia’s background and diligence enables her to help people in ways that are different than the norm. Prior to real estate, Sophia was an engineer for over a decade, so she does not have a sales pitch. Sophia is straight forward about how she negotiates to determine a strong offer price or listing price. She manages every detail of the transaction to provide a high level of service and potential problems are kept at a minimum.
All of Sophia’s clients are based off referrals as she finds that having either worked together, run together, or having mutual friends/past clients that can vouch for her work ethic and skills is key in building trust. There are a lot of realtors out there, so you must choose each other. Sophia’s family, friends, or friends of family/friends are her clients, so this work is incredibly rewarding.
Sophia has spent 35+ years in 8 Silicon Valley cities: San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Saratoga, Palo Alto, Redwood City and San Mateo. She never thought she would be in the real estate business, and it was only after assisting her family in their transactions and purchasing her own home and investment property that Sophia realized she wanted to be in the business full time.
