I read Sophie's google reviews which are all FIVE STARS. Amazing! I have never seen like this before. BTW, I have dealt with many Real Estate agents for years and my experience says she is the person everybody should deal to get 100%+ satisfaction. Lately I bought a townhouse and she was my agent. Her service and professional knowledge were excellent and it took about two weeks till closing. I will deal with her again when I need in future, too.

Sophie did understand fully what I was looking for and great to work with her on the process of buying and selling my condo. Three years ago, Sophie helped me sold my townhouse and purchased a condominium. Two months ago, she helped me purchased a new condominium and just sold my old condominium this month, Oct. I had my condominium for an open house on Oct 4 and settled on Oct 15th, 2024. She always provided me with help when I needed. She is great to work with and wonderful as my agent.

Sophie is very profesional in her field. Throughout the whole year I was in the market to buy a home, she had always listened to my needs and wants, kept me updated with new homes in the market, provided me with insights and honest recommendations, and represented me like she was buying her own home. The best part of Sophie maybe her consistency and deligency with me. For a whole year, she kept on checking my current status, cheered me up when I almost gave up buying a house during a strong seller's market, and was there for me if I had any questions or requests. I finally ended up buying a house, which.our family greatly enjoyes in a nice neighborhood and good school. She also helped me selling our old house, too. Compaed to buying, selling was very swift. Sophie gave me some important information on how and what to fix/upgrade our old house for maximum sell price within our budget. We ended up getting about 10% more than what I initially expected to get. It was an awesome experience.
I would definitely recommend Sophie if you are in the market to buy a house or sell one.
