In 1979 I moved to the United States. I have both a Contractors and a Real Estate License and initially moved to Los Angeles and worked for a major Real Estate Owner and Development Company. I have been in San Diego since 1985. Working for the major Real Estate Companies in San Diego, I have consistently been a top producer and have over 50 years of Experience in Residential and Commercial Sales and Development. I have personally owned, built and developed Residential and Commercial Properties. In addition, I have represented clients in the purchase and development of vacant land. I specialize in 1031 (exchange transactions).
