Spencer helped me buy a home in East Nashville. The market can be challenging here, particularly for those in a lower price range. Spencer helped me navigate a tricky negotiation process to end up with a purchase I felt was fair, and that I felt confident in. He answered my many phone calls, messages, and emails with professionalism and kindness. He also went above and beyond in setting up appointments for inspections, and offering to be at the home to meet contractors if I was unavailable. I highly recommend him for any stage of the buying or selling process.
